The Small Business Administration has refused to issue grants to client under the Shuttered Venue Operator Grant program despite client's eligibility, and despite federal court decision directing them to do so. Lobbying activities will include meetings and correspondence with the SBA, Members of Congress/staff, and the Administration. Purpose of lobbying is to get the grants issued.
