Supported full LHHS funding request for the HIV portfolio including for National Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), Program, HRSA *Ryan White Program, CDC, SAMHSA and HOPWA. Supported funding for the Health Resources and Services Administration to implement the Bio-Preparedness Workforce Pilot Program in FY 2025 and to avert new riders. Worked in volunteer capacity in support of funding for CDC Injury Prevention Center, Infectious Diseases and the Opioid Epidemic, SAMHSA Harm Reduction and Engagement Initiative.

Continued advocacy for Infectious Diseases and the Opioid Epidemic and funding request for harm reduction at SAMHSA (in the administration's budget). Relayed community concerns regarding CDC National Harm Reduction TA Center; met with key Senate and House Staff regarding prevention of potential advancement of anti-Overdose Prevention Center amendments or bills. Supported Telehealth Response for E-prescribing Addiction Therapy Services (TREATS) Act - H.R.5163.
