Advocacy on the SAFER Banking Act.

Continued advocacy for coordination with local and regional water quality/treatment agencies to comply with the requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act and the Clean Water Act. Notification of grant opportunities provided by IIJA. Advocacy on impacts of PFAS rules and regulations. Support of Inflation Reduction Act, P.L. 117-169 implementation.

Continued advocacy for the City's affordable housing activities in conjunction with the federal Community Development Block Grant and the HOME Investment Partnerships program.

Continued advocacy of FY25 appropriations requests and also continued dialogue on IIJA, P.L. 117-58 implementation. Notification of NOFAs from IIJA. Support of RAISE grant program application. Support of Reconnecting Communities and Neighborhoods Grant Program application. Support of Strengthening Mobility and Revolutionizing Transportation (SMART) grant program application. Support of Inflation Reduction Act, P.L. 117-169 implementation.
