Support for NOAA fisheries surveys, research presence in Kodiak, and fisheries disaster relief. Support for Coast Guard infrastructure investments in Kodiak Support for legislation authorizing Coast Guard funding for local infrastructure projects in Coast Guard communities through the Defense Community Infrastructure Program. Support for Working Waterfronts Legislation, along with inclusion of commercial fishing in traditional farm support programs
