● Continue to monitor and report to Client on forced labor issues related to U.S. seafood imports

● Provide ongoing feedback & advice to Client on Administration developments re: offshore wind energy sites ● Review Working Waterfront draft legislation for Client; review FISH Wellness Act, provide feedback to Hill staff on House staff; review H.R. 6235 and reach out to Hill staff to discuss legislation ● Advise Client on Fisheries Finance Program (FFP) opportunities; share NOAA announcement on the program; provide Client with advice for commenting on NOAAs data confidentiality proposed rule; review NOAAs final 2024 MMPA List of Fisheries ● Participate in Hill staff committee meeting on national fisheries issues
