Discuss the implementation of P.L.117-58, the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, and of P.L. 117-169, the Inflation Reduction Act, including hydrogen programs. Support Department of Transportation (DOT) efforts to fund hydrogen deployment for municipal fleets in the fiscal year (FY) 2025 House and Senate Transportation, Housing, and Urban Development Appropriations bills.
Support and provide input on the hydrogen production tax credit in the implementation of P.L.117-169, the Inflation Reduction Act.
