In Support of H.R.8821 - HOPE with Fertility Services Act, a bipartisan bill that ensures life-creating infertility treatments and diagnostic care needed by millions of Americans struggling with infertility, including in vitro fertilization (IVF), be covered by private insurance plans. Specifically, the bill amends the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
