Support the Strengthening Medicare for Patients and Providers Act, (H.R. 2474), which provides a permanent annual update equal to the increase in the MEI, and the Provider Reimbursement Stability Act (H.R. 6371), which would make much-needed reforms to budget neutrality. ASNC requests that passage of both bills be considered a priority. Support repeal of the Medicare Appropriate Use Criteria Program for advanced diagnostic imaging. No specific legislation

Express concerns with Sec 103 (Imaging Price Transparency) of H. R. 5378, Lower Costs, More Transparency Act" and Sec. 4 of the Health Care PRICE Transparency Act 2.0 (S. 3548) which would require transparency of imaging services.
