Supported the FDA Proposed Ban of Electrical Stimulation Devices for Self-Injurious or Aggressive Behavior through regulatory comments. Supported the removal of a bill rider in H.R.4368 - Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2024 that would limit the ability to issue a ban of Electrical Stimulation Devices for Self-Injurious or Aggressive Behavior.
