Lobby Congress to improve labels for honey and establish a national standard of identity for honey, including H.R. 4764, the Honey Identification Verification and Enforcement (HIVE) Act

Lobbying Congress for 2023 Farm Bill programs including extending and expanding ELAP for beekeepers, continuing research at ARS, NIFA, NASS, APHIS and other research agencies at USDA, labeling changes with regard to country of origin, oversight of APHIS biocontrol releases, and extension of other programs beneficial to the US beekeeping industry.

Lobbying Congress to continue enforcing against Chinese and other country trade schemes to lower the price and quality of honey in the United States; lobby for collection and distribution of duties owed to domestic producers.
