ACCA opposed the expansion of the overtime exemption for white collar workers proposed by DOL and treasury. ACCA opposed the updates to safety inspections by OSHA that would allow third party representatives to be present on safety inspections without the consent of business owners. ACCA opposed the Joint Employer Rule put forward by the NLRB. ACCA supported H.J.Res.98/S.J.Res.49 which would nullify the rule.

ACCA opposed the nomination of Secretary Julie Su as Secretary of Labor on the basis that it would harm small businesses and independent contractors.

ACCA participated in meetings with DOE and industry stakeholders to discuss future generations of refrigerants, otherwise referred to as "A3" or "natural" refrigerants. ACCA supported S.J.Res.58 and H.J.Res.111 which would overturn DOE's rule restricting consumer access to non-condensing furnaces.

ACCA submitted comments to IRS regarding the 25C tax credit and compliance with HVAC systems. ACCA also met with representatives from the Department of Treasury to discuss compiling informational resources for HVAC contractors on the 25C tax credit.

ACCA supported H.R. 2868, the Association Health Plans Act. This bill would allow associations like ACCA to provide health plans to members.
